I am a writer, a conscious living and loving advocate, a mother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt and a friend. I am also a lover of old books and new music. Whilst I understand the limitations of labels, I do currently identify as bisexual, consciously monogamous and kinky. Above all else, I am curious about everything: about life, about learning and about love.

I write and speak about open relationships, non-monogamy, conscious monogamy. I also discuss alcoholism, addiction, family life and food and ageing. I recently finished a Post Graduate certificate in Gerontology (the study of ageing) and this will be informing furture work – watch this space!
